1961
Helmut and Christel Pfeiffer found a webbing manufacturing company in Wermelskirchen, Germany. They start the Pfeiffer story weaving elastic and nonelastic webbing for the fashion and clothing industry.
2000
The company starts its ongoing transition from the production of webbing for the clothing industry to technical products.
2002
Daughters Anke Pfeiffer and Ina Huisman take on management of the company.
2016
A new chapter in the company's history starts. A brand new, larger production facility is built in the town of Hückeswagen, Germany. The made-to-measure department also had to make room. It is now located in the German town of Wermelskirchen.

95 percent of our products are certified in line with OEKO TEX Standard 100 or are made of certified materials to ensure they do not contain harmful substances and are friendly to our skin and the environment.

Vocational training is important to us. Not just as a means of ensuring a secure supply of qualified employees. We also believe it is part of our social responsibility.
We train machine and plant operators (m/f) for the textile industry as well as textile mechanics. This ensures we always have a strong supply of young talent for our company.
